How we work?

 

  1. You place your order online at MyMeds for your selected medication.
  2. Your order awaits to be approved by an UK doctor, who is GMC registered.
  3. The order will then be passed to the Pharmacy; where the order will be printed. Please note your order can be marked as shipped but may not leave us until the following day.
  4. Once the order is printed this is marked as shipped the order will be shipped once checked by the pharmacist (please note the pharmacist can still decline your order if they feel you are over ordering or abusing the service), once all checks are complete your medication will be sent on the chosen method of delivery, selected at checkout. (you will be able to track the parcel once this has been collected. Your order may not leave us the day the order is marked as “shipped”
  • Your order cannot be rushed by customer services
  • You cannot speak to a doctor or pharmacist to dispute their decision
  • You are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been placed
  • We will cancel your order if we suspect you are abusing the service
  • If we notice duplicate accounts/a number of people at the same address, we will ask you to provide ID for each person ordering

How discreet is the packaging?

Our packaging does not have any labels or branding.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major UK credit cards, that are registered to the patient.

Can you guarantee confidentiality?

All medical information and patient details are only accessed by the EU Physicians, Pharmacy and MyMeds.

Will my GP be aware if I use MyMeds?

Whilst placing your order, you will be given the option to enter your current practice and doctor's information. We advise all customers to keep their GP informed of any changes to the medication they are taking.

 

Do I need a prescription to order?

No. We offer Free  private prescription with all consultations once it has been approved by a Doctor.

How We Work

  • Step 1: Search for your Treatment

    Search our list of treatments by finding your condition. Select a treatment from the available options and add it to your cart. Continue through the checkout payment process and we'll pre-authorise the payment.

  • Step 2: Start your Consultation

    Fill in our online consultation; the questionnaire will be reviewed by a UK qualified doctor. All our Doctors are GMC registered. Once approved, this will be sent to a UK GPhC registered pharmacy for dispatch.

  • Step 3: Your Order, Delivered

    Once approved and the prescription arrives at the pharmacy your goods are shipped via the signed for delivery service you have selected. We use discreet packaging for privacy. We do not deliver on Bank Holidays. Note: Scottish Highlands/Northern Ireland/Ireland/Channel Island cannot be delivered Next Day.
